We're looking for an Elixir engineer to join our team in Melbourne CBD. This is a full-time, on-site role paying $120k to $180k AUD depending on experience. We're open to both junior engineers starting their career and seasoned Elixir developers. You must have the legal right to work in Australia and be based in Australia.

We're an early-stage, profitable startup on a mission to make superannuation easier to use and understand for Australians. We started with a simple idea: remove the friction from employee onboarding. Today, tens of thousands of Australians use our products every month, and we're building towards a future where every employer, payroll system, and super fund can connect seamlessly.

We build three products on a single Elixir/Phoenix platform. Our flagship product, SuperAPI, is an embeddable super selection experience integrated into third-party payroll and HR platforms. We also run Xonboard, a Xero Payroll onboarding tool, and SuperChoiceForm, which enables easy superannuation form completion.

Working at SuperAPI is a bit different from working at other organisations. We all come from practical, hands-on roles at previous organisations and, based on those experiences, have built the kind of organisation we want to work in.
